Return & Refund Policy – Ramps Jewels
At Ramps Jewels, we strive to provide high-quality imitation jewellery and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, imitation jewellery products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, returns or exchanges may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear videos of the product
- 360 degree unboxing video showing the issue clearly
Requests submitted after the allowed time may not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Product should not show signs of damage caused after delivery
Ramps Jewels reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if:
- Replacement product is unavailable, or
- Order is canceled by Ramps Jewels
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers may be required to ship the product back before the replacement is dispatched.
- Exchange requests are processed after product inspection and approval.
6. Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
